Shipping & Returns

In addition to the UK, Femme Fatale Lingerie currently ships to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and USA.

Each product listing displays a typical dispatch lead time for that product. This is the typical time between placing an order for that item and the order being dispatched to you.

UK
All items are sent via Royal Mail by either Recorded or Special Delivery, at our discretion, and will usually arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. A signature will be required on receipt.

All items are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail) and will usually arrive within 3 to 5 days of dispatch. Please also bear in mind that delays may occur as the item passes through customs. We cannot be held responsible for these delays as they are out of our control. A signature will be required on receipt.

If your order has not arrived within this time frame please email Femme Fatale Lingerie using our Contact Us form quoting your order number.

Should a parcel have been signed for at the given address but you have not received the item Femme Fatale Lingerie do not accept any liability

Customers shipping to UK addresses can take advantage of our "Ship in Multiple Parcels". When using this service, items are shipped as soon as they are in stock allowing the customer to receive part of their order sooner. Otherwise, the order will not be shipped until the whole order is ready.

Christmas 2006 Postal Dates

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money.

To qualify for the 10 day money back guarantee:

1. You must contact us to receive a returns number. No refunds/exchanges will be accepted without a valid returns number. Any parcel returned without a valid returns number will be treated as an 'Undelivered Parcel'.
2. UK Returns: The goods must be received back within 10 days from the day you received your order.
3. International (non-UK) Returns: Please contact us within 7 days to be issued a returns number. You will then have a further 21 days to return the goods.
4. The goods are faulty or not as described
5. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
6. Toys, lubricates, creams and condoms that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable unless faulty.
7. Lingerie items must be returned "as new" and are subject to a restocking charge (the lower of £5 or 50% of the item's value) per item. Faulty items are not subject to this charge.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable.

Please note: All returned items which are shipped via our free of charge carriage, will be subject to a £2.50 handling charge per parcel.

You should then return the goods, with all packaging and any tags still attached, (please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us) to us at:

Should any package be returned undelivered for any reason the postal cost of resending the parcel plus a handling charge of £2.50 will apply. This fee must be paid up front before redelivery or will be taken from any refund if goods are no longer required.

The only exception to this is when the fault is Femme Fatale Lingerie's (parcel sent when you had advised us you would not be in, for example).

To avoid these situations Femme Fatale Lingerie provide a "comments box" during checkout where any special shipping instructions can be entered. Femme Fatale Lingerie will try to honour any reasonable request.
