Classified Supply Problems

As some of you may be aware, the lingerie manufacturer Classified are currently experiencing supply problems within the UK. After badly misjudging the demand for some of their new lines, stock quickly ran out early Feb 2006. A shipment was put together to cover their backorders which duly docked in the UK during the last week in March. Unfortunately there was a problem with the paperwork and Customs have impounded the shipment and are going through it item by item. Classified expect it to be some weeks before it is released.

Fortunately there is another shipment on the way, but this will not reach the UK until mid-May and we expect to be clearing our backorders by the end of May.

We will be updating our site over the next couple of days to highlight which products are affected by this issue. Customers with backorders affected by this issue are also being informed of the situation.

UPDATE 23rd May 2006: The first shipment has reached the Classified warehouse with the second one following this weekend. Backorders will be cleared as soon has we get stock. Business should return to normal week commensing 5th June.

UPDATE 2nd June 2006: Corsets 7821 and 7824 are now in stock. As are supsender thong SB2263. We have been informed that everything else will be available in another 10 to 14 days.

UPDATE 16th June 2006: As of today we are still not in receipt of the out of stock items. Please bear with us while we try and get a realistic delivery date from Classified.

UPDATE 5th July 2006: Nurses outfit NU2296 and crothless panties BF329 are now back in stock.
